If you’re like most people, you probably make a batch of sweet corn and have a big bowl of rice to serve with it.

It’s usually a bit of a mess.

Well, here’s a quick tip: You don’t need to go to the kitchen and mix it all up.

You can actually just mash the corn into a paste and add a little water to make it creamy.

But what about if you’re not a big fan of sweetened corn?

You can just leave it out, right?

Well, yes.

Corn is pretty rich in sugars, so the corn starch will help to remove those from the mash.

You don?t have to worry about the sweetness from the sugar, either.

All you need is a little bit of water.

So, how to make a corn bowl?

Place a clean bowl on a low heat, like in the photo.

Pour the mash into the bowl, about 1/2 cup of water in the bowl and stir to combine.

Turn off the heat and add about 1 cup of the water and the corn mash to the bowl.

Mix it together until the consistency is like corn flakes.

Add more water if needed.

Let the mixture sit for a few minutes to get it to soften up a bit.

Add a little more water as needed.

Put the bowl into a blender, add the rest of the corn and blend until smooth.

Add another cup of corn starch and mix until the corn is smooth again.

Serve the corn bowl with a spoon.

Corn, rice and beans are the perfect way to enjoy the season.

They’re a healthy, protein-packed option for a quick and easy breakfast or lunch.
